Flora’s Baskets reserves complete title and full intellectual right on any content from this site.  You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transfer, or create derivative works from the content from this website without a written permission from Flora’s Baskets.

Error Disclaimer

Flora’s Baskets reserves the right to correct typographical errors, product description, prices, availability, pictures and update any information in this site without prior notice.

Sales Taxes

As required by Florida's law, sales tax will be charged to every purchase. Every customer is solely responsible for paying sales tax on every purchase according to requirements of the Estate of Florida and the local County.

Sale Disclaimer:

Sales Transactions between Flora’s Baskets and customers are governed by the following terms and conditions:

· Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchasing. It might take 5-7 days from the time of cancellation for funds to be reflected in your bank account. 

· Flora’s gift baskets are freshly produced and distributed. In the event of returns, gifts must be kept in their original package. Perishable food items are not returnable if they are not expired.

· Some of our gift baskets may contain gluten, nuts, and dairy items. Flora's basket is not liable for any adverse reactions to the exposure of such products by customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerance or food allergies.

· Flora’s Baskets is not responsible for any errors resulting from the misinformation of the buyer.

Deliveries:

· Orders will be shipped within approximately 72 hours after the time of purchase.

· Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday from 9am-9pm and Saturdays from 10am-6pm.

· Deliveries on Sundays and Holidays may be possible at an additional cost.

· If first delivery is not successful, we will attempt a second delivery for an additional charge. If a second delivery attempt fails, the order will be cancelled, and the buyer will be responsible only for the delivery fees.

· If the buyer agrees to leave the gift outside, we will grant this option. However, this authorization must be requested via email. A note can be also added while the purchase is made. Be aware that some products as chocolate, fruits and dairy can be damaged due to a prolonged exposure to heat, weather conditions or any other adverse circumstances.

· Deliveries to hospital must be arranged accordingly. Flora’s Baskets strongly recommends buyers to communicate with the hospital to know when the patient will be discharged and what are the Covid-19 regulations for deliveries.

· Gifts delivered to hotels and building with concierges will be left with the concierge. 

Alcoholic Beverages Sales:

 By law, it is required that the person who purchases and receives a gift basket that contains wine is 21-year-old or older. A valid Driver License will be required upon delivery.
