How can I place an order?

The easiest way to place your order will be in our website, but you can also give us a call and order over the phone at (786) 624-9523, or send us an email with your order at: flora@florasbaskets.com.

How long will the delivery take?

Orders will be received from 3-5 business-days. 

Can I place several orders for different locations?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to place several orders to different locations. The orders will need to be entered individually for every location. We strongly recommend to double check the addresses and to add the phone number of your recipients for a successful delivery. 

Can deliveries be same day, holidays and weekends?

Unfortunately, we are not doing same day deliveries. 

Deliveries can be made during holidays and weekends (within the 3-5-day period) with an additional surcharge of $5 per delivery. 

How much is the delivery?

Delivery fee is equal to $10 flat fee from Monday-Friday. Weekends and holidays $15 

Orders of $200 value or higher will get free delivery.

Are recipients' phone number required?

Yes! it is strongly recommended that you add the recipient's phone number for an accurate and successful delivery.

Can the package be left outside or at a building lobby?

Orders can be left outside. However, the request needs to be in writing. Please keep in mind that Flora’s Baskets is not responsible if something happens to the package.
If locations are at a hotel or a building with a concierge, the gift will be left at the reception.

Can packages be left with minors?

Yes. Only baskets with no alcohol content.

Can you deliver to hospitals?

Due to Covid-19 mandates and restrictions, Flora’s Baskets has stopped deliveries to hospitals. Please find out the dismissal date and we will be more than happy to deliver to the patient’s home or location if located in the Miami area.
If you have contacted the hospital and there is no Covid-19 restrictions for visitors and vendors, the delivery can be possible. Always confirm date of dismissal for a successful delivery

Do you deliver to other states other than Florida?

Flora’s Baskets is based in Miami and only does local deliveries to the Miami area. 

What will happen if the recipient is not at the location?

Gift baskets can be left outside the doorstep if there is a written authorization stating so. Otherwise, the deliver will make a 2 attempt. If the second delivery attempt fails, the order will be cancelled. Please keep in mind that there will be an additional fee of $5 for the second delivery and a surcharge for cancelation equal to a 40% of the basket price due to delivery failure. 

What will happen if the gift contains alcohol?

By law, it is required that the person who purchases and receives a gift basket that contains wine is 21-year-old or older. A valid Driver License will be required upon delivery.
